WALK-IN POLICY

Walk-ins are welcome when a consultant is available. Scheduled appointments receive priority, and during busy times we may ask walk-in customers to schedule an appointment for another time.

Our goal is to give every customer the personal attention she deserves while finding the perfect dress. 👗✨

PROM SHOPPING POLICY

All prom shoppers must be accompanied by their own parent or legal guardian (21+) while shopping.

Because we provide personalized one-on-one service, we cannot accommodate groups of prom shoppers accompanied by only one parent.

We recommend bringing one special person who will help you make your dress selection so you can enjoy your experience and feel confident in your decision.
