Online Sales Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but should any item fail to meet your expectations, you may return your merchandise by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) ,within 3 days of receiving your order ,for an online store credit only (less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee). The three day eligibility to request a return begins on the day that our shipping provider indicates the dress was delivered to you. We ship all items with tracking numbers for this purpose and will go by what the provider indicates as the delivery date to you. We ask that all returns be sent in perfect condition, un-used and unworn with all original tags attached and packaging intact. We have the right to refuse any item we feel does not meet these requirements. Please note that you can only return an item once. If we deem an item has been worn, the item will be returned to you and our return policy no longer applies to that order. No credit will be issued until the items have been inspected. Please note: We are not able to accept returns for undergarments, body shapers and jewelry. If you have decided to return your purchase, please send an email to DreamDressesnj@aol.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Once your email has been received, you will receive an RA number usually within 24-48 hours. YOU MUST SHIP YOUR RETURN WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RA NUMBER AND MUST EMAIL US WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT IS SHIPPED TO US. You are responsible for shipping the dress back to us with insurance, tracking and signature required, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please make sure you use the original packaging that was used when the item was shipped to you. Please have your RA number clearly printed on the outside of the box. We cannot accept returns, refunds, without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You are responsible for choosing the correct size. Almost all dresses will need some sort of alteration. The price of your dress does not include alterations. Dream Dresses is not responsible for the price of your alterations.
All of Dream Dresses merchandise is inspected by a quality assurance team.
Please be aware that all communications to and from Dream Dresses will be made via DreamDressesnj@aol.com. Please provide an accurate email address.
Your dress will be shipped to you before your listed wear date. Please note that verbal and e-mailed delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates, and any change in delivery schedule is not the responsibility of Dream Dresses. If we are unable to provide you with the item you ordered within your time frame then you will be refunded the full amount you paid.
All orders are processed immediately and can not be altered in any way, including shipping, billing address, size, color or wear date information. All information must be filled out at the time the order is placed. Any incorrect information can lead to a delay in shipping and is not the responsibility of Dream Dresses. Any related or unrelated fees to the delivery or lack of delivery of your dress are not the responsibility of Dream Dresses.
Any request for replacement of damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods and will only be made for the same size and color of the original goods shipped.
All Sale Rack dresses are sold "as is", Dream Dresses is not responsible for any loose beading or appliques. No return on sale dresses , jewelry and shoes.
